The Reserve at Banyan Woods is a condo association set up in the state of Florida in 2002 as a corporation not for profit. We are a coach home community with a total of 32 units in 8 buildings. All units have tiled roofs, paved driveways, and direct access from their 2-car garage. Each unit looks upon our heated pool with a rock waterfall and a spa.
Lush tropical landscaping surrounds the entire complex, which is located in the heart of Naples, FL only minutes away from Pelican Bay's Waterside Shops, Mercato, Old Naples, and the Gulf's beautiful sandy beaches.
The coach homes have two floor plans: the ground level has 3 bedrooms and 2 baths with 2019-sq.ft under air conditioning. The upper level has 4 bedrooms and 3 baths with 2591-sq.ft under air conditioning. All the units have 10-ft. ceilings making each more spacious and grandiose.
A quarterly maintenance fee covers water, sewer, pest control, lawn maintenance, irrigation, pool maintenance, spa maintenance, basic cable TV, insurance and professional management.
The Reserve at Banyon Woods is located at the southwest corner of Airport Pulling and Pine Ridge in Naples. At this intersection, you will find Target, Publix, Bed Bath and Beyond, TJ Maxx, Office Max, Walmart Market Place, Total Wine, Bealls, and HH Gregg. This intersection supports restaurants like Applebee's, Boston Market, Skillets, Sunburst Cafe, Einstein Bagels, Steamers, LaBamba Mexican, and Capriccio's Italian Pizzeria. If you are looking for fast foods, you will find McDonalds, Arby's, Taco Bell, Subway, and a few ice cream and sandwich shops. Banyan Woods is also conveniently located just 30 miles south of the Ft. Myers Airport (RSW).
There is a Master association for Banyan Woods, which includes 100 single family homes along with two condo associations. Reserve I consists of 32 units and has a Board of five directors. Reserve II has 56 units and since they were built two years later, they have their own association and their own board.
Board meetings for Reserve I are usually held on the third Wednesday of each month at 5 p.m. in the Banyan Wood Clubhouse. However, during the summer months, some monthly meetings may be combined. This website will provide meeting notices and agendas as well as each being posted at both mailbox areas two days prior to each meeting.
Our annual meeting is set by our documents and is to be held in the first quarter of each calendar year. The last few meetings have been held in the month of March as that is usually when most unit owners are in residence.
As of this posting, zero units are leased on an annual basis and zero units are rented on a seasonal basis. Be assured, all owners and tenants have gone through a background check and approval process. We pride ourselves on being good neighbors and a fun-loving group and often times socialize with one another.
