As you enter the main entrance of Banyan Woods from Airport Pulling, you will travel around our signiture banyan tree, past the clubhouse, fitness center, a lake with lighted-fountains, a playground, and basketball courts. These are the amenities we share with the entire community.
The Reserve at Banyan Woods has their own pool and spa for the exclusive use of our 32 resident families.

Club House

Notes:
The Banyan Woods clubhouse consists of several rooms and a small kitchen with a mini refrigerator. While the three associations within our community hold most of their meetings in the clubhouse, it is also available to be rented for private functions. Please see the master association web site for forms regarding rentals, rules, deposits and fees. Parking is limited so keep that in mind when considering a function.
Our management company maintains an office within the clubhouse. While they are always available by phone and email, office hours are every Tuesday from 10 a.m. to noon.
Restrooms are available both in the fitness center and in the outside corridor of the clubhouse.

Fitness Center

Notes:
The key card for entrance can be obtained from the Management Company. Free weights, machine weights and aerobic equipment are available. Please be considerate and wipe all equipment after use. Restrooms are available in the workout room as well as in the corridor between the Fitness Center and the Clubhouse. Children are not allowed in the Fitness Center without adult supervision. Lights and fans are activated by a motion detector.
Our cleaning service comes weekly, usually on Tuesday. It is appreciated if you see supplies low or trash cans overflowing to call the management company. However, it is expected that YOU clean up after yourself and return all weights to their designated spot.

Heated Swimming Pool with Rock Waterfall

Notes:
Rules of the pool and spa are posted but the most two important rules deal with safety: no diving or crawling on the waterfall, and NO GLASS CONTAINERS! Food and beverages are not permitted in the water or wet deck area, which is four feet from the waters edge. The two gates at the pool are kept locked and each owner is responsible for keeping up with their pool key. Noise levels should be kept to a minimum especially in the early morning hours or evening hours. Children under 12 should have adult supervision. There are no trash cans so all trash should be taken back to your home.

Notes:
Spa temperature is kept near 102 degrees. It is recommended not to exceed 15 minutes in the spa. The timer to turn on the bubbles is located to the left of the gate nearest the spa.
